TRADITIONAL PALADAPRADHAMAN


Ingredients:

Rice ada            -           1/2 cup
Milk                   -           2 cups
Sugar                 -           1/2 cup
Ghee                  -            1 tsp
cardomom 
powder             -            a pinch

Preparation:

  • cook ada first in 3 cups of water and  after draining fry it till slightly get brown,
  • Add milk to a pan , allow it to boil and add sugar, keep stirring in medium flame until it thickens and becomes half of the quantity 
  • At this stage, add fried ada & cardomom powder and stir well
  • cook until the ada becomes soft- keep in low flame for 3 to 5 mins and switch off in semi runny consistency as it thickens after sometime
  • serve hot...
